I stumbled on this and had to purchase it. The book is a nice size, has good paper quality (my daughter is heavy-handed with her markers), and has diverse characters. "Wow" was her reaction when I gave it to her. My favorite part is my daughter can see herself represented. Thank you for creating this book. It is much needed. It was instant love and they dove in coloring all night. Beautiful artwork and creative designs. Highly recommended and will buy more for my nieces. I knew I would love the images of magical beings of color, but what was really surprising was the inclusion of some plus-sized beings of color. Who knew, we could be represented so well. The first one I will color will be one of the full-bodied fairies :). Thank you for making this book. I have never seen one like it before. The cover is so vibrant and the pages are thick enough to endure my coloring pencils (or even my markers, if I decide to do some that way). The pages in between are lovely as well and allow me to color designs. I will be framing my first drawing and putting it by my desk. Keep it up. I look forward to any future ones.! I love that the artists are listed so I can find them and more of their work. The paper is good quality and I also really appreciate that the images are only on one side of the paper so I don't have to worry about colors showing through or only pick one side to color.
